R.T. Day 15 - Port Hedland to Thomas Carter lookout (just south of Exmouth)

This morning we were luck to be able to see a couple giant iron ore ships come and leave the port so that was cool! We went to the visitor center to go on a tour of the BHP plant but it was a public holiday so they weren’t doing it today. So we just started what was hopefully our last long drive of the tour, but of course it couldn’t go without an incident! Lenny was wearing his seatbelt with the shoulder strap behind his back and the ol’ coppers past us, did a yew e and pulled us over. Well a $500!!! dollar fine later and we were on our way again. We arrived to our destination about nine o’clock and found a great lookout with an awesome breeze to free camp at.
