We headed to the visitor info center and asked a few questions, went for a walk around the city and could still see a lot of damage from the cyclone a couple weeks ago. We decided we should hit up a laundromat and clean a few things before we head back on the road tomorrow. As we waited for our laundry we pulled out our camp chairs on the street and cranked some tunes and caught some rays in our bathers(bathing suits). Needless to say we were attracting enough attention being silly tourist, haha!!! After our laundry was done we headed to the “Mangrove Boardwalk” for another chance to hopefully see a crocodile in the wild, but no luck this time either, oh well! We went back into the city waterfront and down to the ocean for a swim where they had a net to keep the deadly “Box Jellyfish” away from the swimmers. Had a nice swim and free refreshing shower and after headed to find a better place to free camp for the night. We found a great spot right by the ocean with a BBQ and had a great meal, meatballs, potatoes and onions. Yumyum!!! Had a much more relaxing sleep this night in a more residential area!
